Meirzhan Yussupov held a meeting with representatives of Pavlodar business
Chairman of the Board of «NC «KAZAKH INVEST» JSC Meirzhan Yussupov together with Deputy Akim of Pavlodar region Saken Shayakhmetov held a meeting with several representatives of foreign and domestic companies of Pavlodar region. Within the framework of the meeting, the issues of implementation of investment projects and solving investors' problematic issues were touched upon.
The event was attended by representatives of such companies as «Kazcenosphere's», «Mineral Product International», «Railcast Systems», «Ansa Silicon» «INTERTRANS C.A», «ASCOR» and others. The meeting was also attended by employees of free economic zone «Pavlodar» and social-entrepreneurial corporation «Pavlodar».
In his speech, Meirzhan Yussupov noted that KAZAKH INVEST acts on the side of investors. In addition to attracting new investors, the company is actively working to retain existing ones, as well as to encourage reinvestment in new projects by promptly responding to business requests.
"It's very important for us to maintain a dialogue. Your inquiries, requests, and suggestions are very important to us. This contributes to a smooth process of project implementation. We monitor all problems arising from investors in the process of implementation of projects and try to solve them as soon as possible",- noted Meirzhan Yussupov.
"Akimat of Pavlodar region actively supports the initiatives of investors and solves arising problematic issues. KAZAKH INVEST is directly involved in this process in the person of the Regional Director, who is the head of the advance team of the Regional Investment Staff to promptly respond to the problematic issues of the region's businessmen. As a major agro-industrial flagship of the Republic, the Pavlodar region does not cease to offer investors the best conditions for the organization of new production facilities, year after year demonstrating stable indicators for the volume of attracted investment in fixed assets and foreign direct investment", - also noted Saken Shayakhmetov.
The meeting discussed some issues of investors in terms of financing projects through subsidies from the state, the adoption of by-laws regulating customs issues within special economic zones, investment contracts, provision of state support for investment activities, as well as addressing visa and migration issues.
They also touched on issues of infrastructure and further development of projects implemented in the special economic zone «Pavlodar».
The management of «NC «KAZAKH INVEST» JSC offered possible solutions to these issues with the assistance of state authorities and gave the necessary recommendations. As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed on further cooperation and the discussion of pressing issues to improve the investment climate in Kazakhstan.
