Born in 1984 (Pavlodar), has a higher education. In 2006 he graduated from Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov with a degree in industrial heat and power engineering, in 2010 he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in finance.
Career
He began his career in 2006 as the chief specialist of the department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the city of Pavlodar.
From 2007 to 2014, he worked in central government bodies in the field of public service, including the Committee for Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies.
From 2014 to 2016 - Deputy Akim of the city of Pavlodar.
From 2016 to 2017 - Deputy Akim of the city of Ekibastuz.
From 2017 to 2019 - Head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Pavlodar Region.
From 2019 to 2020 - akim of the city of Ekibastuz;
2021 - head of the organizational and inspection department of the akim's office of the Pavlodar region;
From 2021 to 2022 – chief of staff of the akim of the city of Pavlodar;
From 2022 to 2023 – akim of the city of Pavlodar;
From September 18, 2023 to the present, head of the State Institution “Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the Pavlodar Region”
