Lyudmila Rashidovna was born in 1981 in Pavlodar. In 2002, she graduated from the Almaty Institute of Economics and Statistics with a degree in accounting and auditing.
Career
By order of the Akim of the region, Lyudmila Rashidovna Kurmanova was appointed head of the department of entrepreneurship and industrial-innovative development of the Pavlodar region.
She began her career in 2002 as a chief specialist in the department of structural and investment policy of the department of economics and budget planning of the Pavlodar region. She went from a specialist to the head of the department of economic analysis and forecasting
From 2016 to 2021, she held the positions of deputy head of the department of economics and budget planning of the region, deputy head of the department of entrepreneurship and industrial-innovative development of the region.
Since May 2021, she has been engaged in party work. Before her appointment to this position, from August 2021, she was an adviser to the Akim of the Pavlodar region.
